Class#1 will be held in the cafeteria. registraion, waivers, & parental consent forms to be completed.
The rest of the class is lecture with student participation. We talk about safety and self defense options. In general, any questions people attending will have.

Class#2 In the R.H.S. gym. We do hands on self defense using pads & verbalization.

Class#3 In the R.H.S. gym. Simulation (REDMAN) Girls/women defend themselves from possible attack from the aggressor.

There is a $20.00 fee for all applicants. This includes all three days of training. (Cash or Check).
