On 10/1/2009, Rockland Police filed court complaints against David Sheppard for; "Failure To Register As A Sex Offender."

On 7/30/2007, Rockland Police filed court complaints against David Sheppard for; "Failure To Register As A Sex Offender."

On 11/7/2005, Rockland Police filed court complaints against David Sheppard for; "Failure To Register As A Sex Offender."

On 3/1/2004, Rockland Police filed court complaints against David Sheppard for; "Failure To Register As A Sex Offender."

David Sheppard was arrested numerous times and incarcerated for committing the above offenses as well as other unrelated charges.
