Macdonald was arrested by Rockland Police in 1999 and convicted for operating after revoked license, operating to endanger, failure to stop for a police officer, and possession of class "B" Cocaine. He is wanted for violation of probation. Macdonald is also being sought by Holbrook and Boston Police Departments.

Thomas MacDonald was captured by the Massachusetts State Police. He was arrested on outstanding warrants and also charged with, 1) Fail to stop for a police officer, 2) Operating after suspended license, 3) Illegal possession of a class "A" substance , and 4) Possession of a false m/v document.
