On May 25th, 2006 @ 11:23pm., Richard Mallar was stopped by the Rockland
Police and subsequently arrested on a variety of motor offenses.
These offenses include;
1. O.U.I. Liquor, 5th Offense.
2. Drug, Possess Class "D" Substance.
3. Negligent Operation Of Motor Vehicle.
4. Turn, Improper.
5. Marked Lanes Violation.
6. Stop Sign, Fail To.
On April 3rd, 2007 Hingham District Court issued a Default warrant
against Mallar for the above charges. He was due to appear in court on a
specified date, but never showed up.
Comments:
We received information that Mallar might have fled the state.
5/31/2007 - As a result of tips received by the Rockland Police, Mallar
was apprehended on East St. Hanover Ma.
He was taken into custody by the Plymouth County Sheriff's Warrant
Apprehension Squad.
Mallar changed the color of his hair and grew a beard in an attempt to
disguise himself.
He gave a false name when confronted, but he was positively identified
by the officers. He was arrested without incident and held in custody on
$10,000.00 cash bail. |
