On August 6th, 2006.  Baxter was arrested by the Rockland Police @ 7:00pm. charged with; A) Lewdness, Open & Gross.

On October 7th, 2006.  Baxter was arrested by the Rockland Police @ 12:25am. charged with; A) Domestic Assault & Battery, B) A&B Dangerous Weapon, and C) A&B On Child With Injury.

On November 18th, 2006.  Baxter was arrested by the Rockland Police @ 8:55pm. charged with; A) Sex Offender, Fail To Register.

December 1st, 2006.
Rockland Police arrived at Baxter's address located at 26 Maple St. Rockland. They attempted to locate Baxter and take him into custody for a second time on the following charges; Failure To Register As A Sex Offender. It was reported that Baxter had fled the area days prior and possibly heading out of state.

December 4th, 2006.
Hingham District Court issued a felony warrant on Baxter for the following complaints; A) Sex Offender, Fail To Register, and B) Sex Offender, Fail To Register Subsequent Offense.

January 9th, 2007.
Hingham District Court issued three default felony warrants on Baxter for his failure to show up at court on all of the above complaints lodged against him by the Rockland Police.

On 6/25/2007, Baxter was taken into custody on several outstanding warrants. Additional warrants other than the ones listed above include; 1) Fugitive From Justice, 2) Breaking & Entering Nightime With Intent To Commit Felony, & 3) Trespassing.
